Called and ordered 4 pizzas the other night for a group of us, "It'll be ready in 15 minutes". I arrive 15-20 minutes later and am told the pizzas were never put in after the employees were giggling in the back about it. Cashier tells me the price and come to find out they didn't apply a discount for the inconvenience and according to the manager they "aren't allowed to give out discounts to customers, only employees".
