Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Hagerstown

“I come to this store very often, but unfortunately the service today was not very good. I’m a frequent customer here, and although most visits have been fine, there have also been a few times when I received items that did not match my order — for example, I ordered bone-in wings but was given boneless wings instead.

Today, after I greeted the staff, I got a brief response at first. I then said I was here to pick up a takeout order, but after that there was no response at all. I tried greeting them three more times and still received no reply. I’m sure the microphone was not broken because I could still hear background noise and other sounds coming through the speaker.

I hope the staff can improve their communication and customer service in the future.“

“I stop by Hagerstown Popeyes every now and then when I don't feel like cooking. I love the wings with special sauce. My favorite is sweet and spicy. I also like the red beans and rice.
