I want to express how great a job the crew at the Hagerstown Plaza location (17995 Garland Groh Blvd, Hagerstown MD) were doing tonight while I was there!

I went to this starbucks around 3:15. The young lady at the front counter was extremely nice, and respectful. Her name was Brielle. I don't go to Starbucks often but she made my experience wonderful with her kindness. This location should be pleased with her because theres not that many people in the food service that is as kind, welcoming, and respectful as her. Thank you for your wonderful service Brielle:)
Great atmosphere if you want to chill for a bit. Drinks and food are great! Staff are always pleasant.
