I want to express how great a job the crew at the Hagerstown Plaza location (17995 Garland Groh Blvd, Hagerstown MD) were doing tonight while I was there!
I arrived shortly before 6 pm after work to take advantage of the ‘buy one, get one free‘ drink offer. Great atmosphere if you want to chill for a bit. Drinks and food are great! Staff are always pleasant.
The drink preparation quality has gone down the drain at this location. I am not sure if they hired new ppl or they just don't care much but almost every time I visited lately I have gotten a poorly prepped coffee or drink
