Subway in Hagerstown

“Which corporate idiot decided that shield need to be over the food so customers can't see the food love the food here but really. I wish to see if my sandwich is being made correctly inside play find out when I go to eat. Wasn't able to correct a sandwich order tile after it was made. Had to toss the food cause it was made with food I am allergic to lucky I didn't eat it. I mean I get the same thing every time but some place make it different. Like I said love the food at subway but this is down right dumb what happened to freedom to create and choose what you want on you food.“

“Stopped here off the Interstate for 2 reasons. 1) We didn't want to get stuck in a sit down restaurant with 4 more hours of driving left, and 2) I know I can eat relatively healthy at a Subway.Upon entry we received a friendly welcome, and observed a super clean dinning area.Now here is where they loose a star for 2 reasons.My wife is a Subway "noob", and she doesn't know the process...bread, size, etc etc. The types of bread available was M.I.A., so she just blurted out "Italian". While you can't go wrong, she was like..."oh man!" when after the fact she learned of the bread variety listening to other customers orders.Second reason: my bread was just over toasted, slightly charred if you will, and there was way too much dressing (go light, and ask the customer if they would more, you can always add...).Other than those negative points this was a nice stop along our northern journey home.Thank's for hospitality Subway!

“Want to give a huge shout out to mrs.pam on the night shift at the subway on Sharpsburg pike Hagerstown she is aways alone with no help and lots of work and she is always so nice and pleasant and does a great job making our subs in a friendly,timely manner she doesn't just slap it together and send us on our way with a big mess thank you mrs.pam you are the only reason we drive the extra distance to come to that store. We will see you again soon you deserve a big raise so I hope your boss sees this that place is lucky to have you“

“I really like their foot long tuna sandwich with lettuce, ? tomatoes, pickles, black olives, onions, green pepper, cucumbers and a little mustard which was absolutely ? delicious. I enjoy every bite. ? yum yum 5 ????? stars rating for Subway!!!!“

“I love this subway. Always get my food made the way I want it. The staff are excellent. Only thing I'm not to crazy about is the way the subway is set up. When I'm ordering if someone needs to pass behind me to go to the bathroom I feel I'm in the way. (I'm not skinny but I'm not huge) ? other then that I have no complaints.“

“It's inside the pilot truck stop. Better food than the McDonald's with fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff, very clean well maintained and staff is super professional. I would eat there again when I'm traveling thru the area.“

“This Subway is inside a gas station/rest stop, but they offer all the usual Subway sandwiches. Stopping in for dinner on a road trip, the staff were friendly. They even gave us a cup for water when they normally charge 55 cents. There are plenty of tables and outlets near most tables.“
