I went to this restaurant with my husband and son and was so disappointed. Both of us ordered the brisket sandwiches that come with cole slaw and onion straws. Everything was pushed together and there was a huge pile of onions on top of the brisket. When I removed them there was very little meat on it. My husband had a good amount of meat on his. Waited over 15 minutes with no one even addressing us. Walked out and went to Friendly’s. Will not go back.
Service was great but your food was a BIG disappointment today. You really went downhill. It took forever to get both our appetizers and meals. The bun for my Cheeseburger was so hard I couldn't even eat it and the French Fries were excessively over seasoned/salted - even our sever agreed. It wasn't her fault and nothing was comped. A BIG THUMBS DOWN 👎👎👎
