Had family from out of town tonight we placed a big order of different food for 7 people
Our guest loved every meal food came in the time that was promised nothing missing all orders where correct and hot

Ordered two Chicken Subs with double meat. I did not get double meat or any lettuce on the sub. I paid $3.99 for the extra meat on each sub. I called the restaurant and was greeted with a rude male team member that refused to offer any refund or resolution or even a credit. He would not let me speak to the manager when I asked to. I am appalled in how my family and I were treated today. I was in the restaurant business for 22 years and would have never talked to my guests the way we were just spoken to.
We ordered dinner to be delivered. We were told 40 to 45 minutes. When it arrived an hour later the food was cold. We called to let them know and the owner argued with us stating we were lazy for not coming to pick it up.
