Wendy's in Hagerstown

“This was the best Wendy's I have ever been to. I am from Baltimore and was driving to frostburg. We stopped here for chicken sandwiches. The bun was even better. The chicken was nice and crispy and done perfectly. You have to stop here.“

“I have been to this restaurant a couple times to eat. Wendy's is pretty good I think you all know what you're going to get when you go to Wendy's.

Reason why this place deserves five star it's because I'm also a doordasher. I just went up there to pick up an order that was 15 minutes early. First fast food place I've ever been to that had it ready that quickly with a smile.

Not only that but apparently there was a mistake on an order and it resulted in an extra shake being made. I've had a pretty rough day and I don't know if the manager knows it, but just giving me that shake really made a difference in my night.

“Lately Wendy's has become my fast food choice. You can still get a great deal despite this crazy inflation. I got a yummy double stack with a bacon cheese baked potato and the biggie bag for 5 dollars. I got a drink and it was tasty not flat. I enjoyed my burger cooked to perfection. I really liked my baked potato. It was a bit steep on the price but perfectly delicious. The fries were delicious too. Hot and not too salty. Overall, I think I got s great meal. The employee who took my order was very nice too. I thought I forgot my wallet do I had to park and search for it. When I found it I had to go through the lane again and so they made my food once more. I appreciated the gesture.“

“I’ve always had wonderful service and left a great review and no idea what happened to it. This on better stay up here.Now once I was given a chili meat burger and had to return it and a fresh one was made. Other than that the customer service was good and so were my fries and my burger.“

“There's 1 cashier that's awful ? haven't been back since. When you spend no less then $50 each visit you want what you order and not be charged extra. She argued with me about what I wanted to the point where I refused to speak with her and demanded a manager. Won't order again if I even see her“
