First time ordering here vía online and stated it would be ready between 18-23 minutes. Was a larger order, so we gave extra 10 minutes prior to showing up (33 minutes total). Gave my name to cashier (body builder type) and he said the order was still not ready. Moved to left corner of counter to wait and stood there for over 10 more minutes. About 10 more people came into the store to place their orders or pick-up their online orders as well and i just stoof off to the right of the cashier. He saw me standing there the entire time while he helped other orders being placed or picked-up. Finally got both bags from the back placed on shelf and he calls out my name for the order and I said "right here" he looks on the other side of the counter and calls out my name again, so I yell out "RIGHT HERE!" He finally looks at me and says "IS THIS YOUR ORDER!?" I said "Yes, I gave you my name when I first came in and have been standing here since" He looked at me and got mad that I responded back to him the way I did. He gave me both bags, about $100 worth of food, and no "thank you" or "sorry for the wait." He just gave me a dirty look and attitude as I grabbed bags, turned around, and walked out. Definitely WILL NOT be ordering from this location ever again. He saw me standing in the same spot the entire time I was there and when the order came out from the back he acted like I had not been there for over 10 minutes waiting for it to the right side of the counter; one regisyer over from him. I understand you get busy, but you don't treat anyone that way; especially when you have forced them to wait close to an hour (between the time I showed up and when I actually left) for an online order. That defeats the purposes of ordering online. When you order online you should be able to show up and have your order ready when you show up to the location. Then, to make things worse have someone with such a bad demeaner and attitude with any customer. Awful experience and I hope they get someone to train them all to provide better customer service to all patrones of their establishment.
Ordered online and two drinks and two side sauces were missing from order. Staff was also too busy to help customers, and ignored me as well as another customer when asked questions. Nobody was at the registers. I did a refund request online as well as over the phone. The woman on the phone told me I would get my refund back to my debit card in 2-3 hours (lie). Here it is day 2 and I've only received a gift card. I do not live near wingstop nor am I going back. I called into their support once again and was argued with that I selected the gift card option. Who selected it? Me? No. Your customer service person did. Its seriously not that hard to acknowledge you messed the order up and then give the money back.

Walked into the restaurant and was immediately told that there was a 40-minute wait. I asked is that for dine in as well and was told yes. There wasn't a single customer dining in. I'm assuming that they were backed up with carry out orders. Most restaurants put dine in customers ahead of carry out but not here. My first and last visit to Wingstop.

wingstop is very unprofessional and the manager on duty tonight 2/24/24 around 6:00pm needs to be discipline. i ordered my food at 5;15 and it still isn’t ready so i called to cancel and im still getting calls that my food is gonna be longer when i already canceled.

Ordered pickup through DoorDash. I paid an extra $5 for a large ranch on top of the three sides of ranch that came with the combo I purchased. It was raining and once I get home and ZERO sauces. Also no napkins or wet wipes whatsoever which is unfortunate with wings.The tenders were good. Bbq wings were okay, too much sauce.Luckily, I did not have to call the store and argue with an employee as DoorDash is professional and refunded me for these mistakes that weren’t even their fault.

I ordered online supposedly it would take 20 minutes and it took 50 minutes and my order was not ready I ended up canceling. Too late to be a fast food

Ordered on app 2 hours before pick up time . Order not ready for pick up at time. Took 45 minutes to make food. I was the only customer. Food was cold and undercooked. Walk up customer came in they told them it would be 35 minutes for a dozen wings. They put all the flavors of wings in 1 container with no dividers. Never go to wing stop. Service food and atmosphere are horrible.

I recently ordered takeout and although the wait time was a bit longer than anticipated, there was a really friendly young man with blonde hair at the front who not only helped me with my drinks but also engaged in a delightful conversation. I highly recommend giving this place a try! And oh my goodness, the lemon pepper and atomic wings were absolutely delicious.

we waited almost two hours for our order. the staff kept saying “ten to fifteen minutes” for 2 hours. when we received one of the orders, it was completely wrong, turned out they gave us somebody else’s order who was also waiting for over an hour. even though the food was good, it wasn’t worth a 2 hour wait. terrible service

Wow! Tonight was an absolute NIGHTMARE. We ordered our food online 7:12pm- said it would be ready for pick up in 40 mins, we went to pick up at about 45mins and was told it would be ready in another 30mins. We proceeded to wait the extra 30mins and went back to be told it would take ANOTHER 30 MINS at this time it was nearly 9pm. What a complete waste of time.
