Ordered online and two drinks and two side sauces were missing from order. Staff was also too busy to help customers, and ignored me as well as another customer when asked questions. Nobody was at the registers. I did a refund request online as well as over the phone. The woman on the phone told me I would get my refund back to my debit card in 2-3 hours (lie). Food is good but they take FOREVER to make the food. Said my order was 35-45 min, got there and it wasn't done that it would be another 20 minutes, it had already been 50 minutes at that point.
Ordered pickup through DoorDash. I paid an extra $5 for a large ranch on top of the three sides of ranch that came with the combo I purchased. It was raining and once I get home and ZERO sauces. Also no napkins or wet wipes whatsoever which is unfortunate with wings.The tenders were good.
