“I’m surprised to see the review saying that they were rude or had attitude. I was welcomed with a huge grin. And polite conversation was made. Also, another review said that the pizza was lackluster. I feel the opposite. Both times, it was delicious. I got regular white pizza. It isn’t traditional though. It kind of reminds me of lasagna. But it the best say possible. Delicious. A BIG complaint is that they close too early. Excuse me? People have families. Have some empathy. Please support this small business. I know it might be a sin, but I’ll say it. Better than Sorrentos.“

“I’ll be honest, I was both excited and skeptical about trying Wonder when it first opened. The whole concept seemed a little strange to me, and I wasn’t sure how it would actually work. Since they were offering 50% off for first time customers when I went, I figured it was worth a try.

We ordered a pizza from Alanza, a double cheeseburger from Burger Baby, and a Build Your Own Bowl from El Diez. Funny enough, the burger, which was the item I was least excited about based on how it looked, ended up being my favorite. It was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was a little overdone, but I actually like my pizza that way, so no complaints there. The bowl was good too, though I felt like it was missing a little something. Maybe some extra lime or cilantro would have given it more of that fresh Mexican flavor.

I’d definitely come back and try some of the other restaurants they have. I also really liked the atmosphere. It was quiet, clean, and didn’t feel chaotic, which was nice. The kitchen area looked especially clean, which always leaves a good impression.

If you’ve been curious about Wonder and are looking to try something different, I’d say it’s worth checking out, especially while they’re offering 50% off for new customers. There’s a huge variety of food options, so it’s easy for everyone in your group to find something they’ll enjoy. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and left more impressed than I expected to be.“

“We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding here a few months ago and it was INCREDIBLE. Everybody raved about the food and drink.
The restaurant buyout minimum was very very reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area. The owner, Sam, would also let us do basically anything with the menu. He worked with the chef to make a custom menu for us based on our needs, dietary restrictions, and what was in season at the time. He also picked out wine for the dinner and created a custom cocktail for my wife for the event because there were no mezcal cocktails on the menu at that time.
The service was excellent, the drinks came out fast, and the food was plentiful.
We've also been here a couple times before and since, and it's been the same excellent experience.
We really could not recommend this place enough, it's easily one of the best restaurants in Baltimore!“

“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. “I work at Johns Hopkins university and we hosted an alumnus for lunch today at Dear Charles. It was my first time. The restaurant is in the bottom of The Study hotel so it may be hard to find on any map app. Reminded me of an old tavern you’d find in historic Annapolis. Our servers were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. When I ordered the fish and chips our server said great choice - one of his favorites. And sure enough it was AMAZING! Best I ever had including many in the UK. Lightly fried cod that melted in my mouth. It came with chips (fries) that were ok - could have been cooked a bit more. But dang that fish was delicious. Dipping sauces included vinegar, some sort of tasty tartar sauce and ketchup. Rest of group had turkey BLT and grilled chicken salad - both looked very good. Sorry no picture but TRUST!“

I like their consistency here. It's always clean. Customer service is consistent. Staffing consistent. This place deserves an award. There's always a bar full of fresh food and they have customers wear gloves which is sanitary with a food bar. They were constantly cleaning and always does from my experiences here. I never had a meal that wasn't amazingly cooked and seasoned. This is def the place to go. Highly recommend them here. I did pay about $30 but I figure it's not different than going to a restaurant to get a real meal. Probably cheaper. Good job Kimmy's.“
