The customer service was good and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the food could have been better. The quesadilla we ordered was extremely flat and wrapped in aluminum foil, which stuck to the quesadilla. We had to peel the foil off just to be able to eat it. Hopefully, the preparation and presentation can be improved.
The staff at the Chipotle appear to be pretty disorganized. Every time that I go there they are out of some basic portion of the meal ( out of white rice, out of chicken, out of vegetables, etc.). When they are out of white rice for example, they will literally scrape the little bit of rice that is caked onto the container and offer it up as the rice for the meal.

I love having a chipotle in Hampstead! The portions have been great and the food always tastes fresh.
