We love Rita's, as my daughter cannot have dairy and we can finally take her out for a treat when we want to! Sometimes this location is out of certain flavors, but that never bothers us since there are plenty of other flavors to choose from. My only gripe with this location is that twice now we have gone in the middle of the day and they are closed. I would like to give a higher rating for half of my experience, obviously I can only give one rating. My family and friends were there for the free ice and I went inside to make a purchase. The employee helping me was wonderful, she was very pleasant and helpful. One of the employees who helped those receiving free ice at the window while overwhelmed should still treat everyone like a potential paying customer. This did not happen for multiple guests my family and friends included.

This Rita's is locally owned by a great couple. Mike and Heather have gone to great lengths to make this my favorite shoppe. They have an amazing staff at all 3 of their locations. They support our community and the schools in the area. Hampstead is my usual favorite spot but the Westminster and Eldersburg spots are just as nice.
