I normally get the Young Chow fried rice and it probably the best in the area.
Their Chow Fun is also really good although sometimes it can be hit or miss.
Their chicken wings are ok, the breading has a nice crips and decent flavor but the chicken itself was bland.
Their Lo Mein was incredibly disappointing, it was bland to the point where I had to add soy sauce, sesame oil and MSG to make it taste decent.
