“We live right around the corner and drive past this place constantly. We've lived in Parkville for five years and came here for a Bluey brunch sometime last summer with our toddler. We decided to try the actual restaurant part tonight for dinner. The food was outstanding and our waiter was attentive and very friendly. Very lively, festive atmosphere, but my one complaint is, MAN, was it loud in there. My daughter spent the first 10 minutes after we got there holding her ears because it was so noisy. But I guess that's to be expected from one of the most popular local restaurants in town. Will most definitely be back!“

“Finally found my go to dining spot in Towson: Kathmandu did not disappoint. Manoj, owner's nephew, provided excellent service. Everything I ordered was pretty delish: veggie pakora, chicken soup and chicken gorkhali. Particularly loved the flavoring and spices of gorkhali, and sliced ginger pieces make each bite that much nicer. This will be a repeat dining spot for my Towson business stays. Highly recommend this place to anyone that likes Nepalese and Indian cuisine as many of their dishes are a crossover from Indian food.“

“In my best Kat Williams voice "Playa Playa" !! From beginning to end, excellent experience. I love the fact that you can choose from 2 doors to enter as well as safe free parking lot options. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who answered all my questions as well as provided free samples. I ordered the Nica Bowl and Hubby ordered the Tide Bowl. I enjoyed checking out the visuals in this place while waiting. The menu is conveniently located on the wall by register w options galore and descriptions. Plenty of substitutions and add ins. Pineapple decor, 2 picture walls, meal bars for sale, etc. Once our bowls were complete, they came out Yelp, IG picture ready !! The only thing better than their appearance was their taste. We could taste each fresh ingredient that fit perfect w the bowls. 1/3 of the way in, we were full. I forced my bowl down. Hubby brought his home to freeze and eat the next day. No complaints. I signed up for their customer loyalty program and can't wait to revisit. I want to try a Green Bowl and Smoothie. Great event, fantastic service, quality bowls, etc. Job well done Playa Playa !!“

“I have became a regular customer here because I was completely satisfied with the service and food, but my last two purchases was not as great as it usually is. It was not well seasoned and also the quantity was way less for the money paid. Maybe the person who prepared it was having an off day or something of that sort which is understandable, but I was not satisfied. Tried the crab cake and was not disappointed. The mashed potato’s were some of the best I’ve had in a while. One of the owners, Pete, greeted us at our table and we got to chatting. Really nice guy and wishing them the best at their new location!

Previous restaurant (Nicks Grill) at the fairgrounds was horrible. The atmosphere has totally changed for the better under Costa’s, very warm and welcoming, friendly staff and bartenders.

Only con is it can be somewhat hard to find where exactly the restaurant is if you’ve never been there before, but don’t let it deter you from trying the place out.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here! I got an order of chicken flautas and they came on a massive bed of lettuce, cotija cheese, spicy pickled veggies, and a quarter lime. Really well presented considering it was in a plastic container from a trailer! They were crispy and delicious. The churros are amazing, almost tasted like they were cream filled. The time before, I got a chorizo burrito and it was equally as delicious. The ladies cooking are friendly and quick. And you can fill up your gas tank, check your oil level, and clean your windows at the gas station while you wait. I'd add pictures, but my family inhaled the flautas before I could even unlock my phone.“

“Positive changes happening here!! New cooks/crew that are serious about introducing different foods for the healthy palate. Tried the pseudo-Tuna Melt (tuna made of carrot), cashew cheese, lettuce, tomato, thinly sliced onion for me, served on sprouted (?) bread, toasted nicely. Surprisingly good & filling. Nice size sandwich, too. Only ate half & took the rest home. Other new options include a beet-pastrami sandwich. The extraordinary Reuben, always a favorite here, now uses marinated tempeh (marinated in-house) instead of the previous type. I sampled the marinated version and it was more flavorful and worth the try another time. The tuna and cashew cheese are also made in-house. I found Tak (forgive if not spelled correctly) knowledgeable about veggie food and cooking with a background in veg food preparation. Very professional & personable. Christy, also, a maker-of-food, was not in yesterday, but seems to a good group. Look forward to trying more new, creative additions to existing menu. Thanks for the meal yesterday everyone!! “FANTASTIC! I just tried a couple tacos on a whim from their truck at Taylor Ave and Loch Raven Blvd. and I'm very glad I did. I got the shrimp taco and the taco al pastor. Both were well crafted, the core proteins flavorful, the cheese, sauce and vegetables all extremely fresh, the shells hearty. The shrimp was especially fantastic, the seasoning didn't overpower its wonderful natural flavor, and the mild crumbled white cheese (queso fresco?) was a very nice compliment. The Taco al pastor was equally well made, and even more flavorful, with a unique blend of seasonings. While the seasoning wasn't my personal favorite, (slightly sweeter than I would like, though not extreme, with I think a little bit of cinnamon?) I was still happy to eat it, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new flavor. Overall 5⭐ out of 5“

“Mama Leah's Pizza is not a fancy place, but this place exceeded my expectations for a pizza place in a strip mall. I came in for a slice of pizza. The pizza was as close to a New York pizza as I've ever had in Baltimore.

The place is clean and neat. Service is prompt and efficient. The place is kosher. I'll be back. They even sell upscale ice cream.

I definitely recommend Mama Leah's Pizza.

Dietary restrictions: If you keep kosher and like Italian food, this is the place for you.

“I came here a while ago for a door dash order and had to wait at least 40 minutes to receive their order. The lady that was behind the counter was new and getting trained. Before me there were about 10 orders that had not been made yet. Now while that experience was not a pleasant one she did assure everyone that she was trying her best and to hold on a little longer and she kept talking to the customers throughout and that alone made me want to come back and try the food for myself“

“I really like their food. I have visited so many Chinese restaurants in my lifetime. Rice Express is the only place I will get Chinese food from. There entrées are well portioned, and they cook to perfection. I usually order their shrimp and broccoli with fried rice. I like my broccoli cooked soft, and it is so good. They use jumbo shrimp. “We ordered a shiva platter on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday at 11am. We used this place before 8 months ago also with a Wednesday delivery. Around 11:30 we started getting anxious about the food arriving. Seeing as the food was coming to Harrisburg from Baltimore I waited until 11:50 to call. The person on the phone said one delivery time they had was 10:30, then another said it was a 2 pm delivery time. We finally got to speak to someone higher up. They had someone leave immediately. We were told that deliveries on Wednesday don’t go out until 2pm. Nobody made us aware of this and 8 months ago we had no issues with an 11am delivery time. The order came with coffee and the time on it was 9:30, had the order come on time the coffee would have been the proper temperature. The order didn’t leave Baltimore until after 12, so the coffee was lukewarm. By the time we got home from my father in law’s funeral the food was here and set up thanks to a great friend helping. My advice is, if you use this establishment for catering CALL to confirm. The presentation of the food was great and the food delicious. Very frustrating not to have gotten an apology when we had written confirmation of 11am delivery time.“

“When I used to manage a mechanic spot down on Northern Parkway and Reisterstown Rd. We use to order pizza from this location every now and then. They have the best pizza ? on this side of town. Recently, my sons and I ordered pizza from Pizza Man and it’s still the best. I accidentally ordered a pizza from Pizza Man on Liberty Road about a month ago. That was a total mistake. I meant to order my pizza from this location, Pikesville. That was a total waste of money.? After trying to eat one slice of that pizza, I threw the rest away. The cheese wasn’t real. It wouldn’t melt. Before it melted, it turned brown with cold unmelted “so called” cheese under. Never again…

Last night I had a long day and decided to order pizza for my family and myself. That eliminated cooking dinner ?️ last night. I ordered the 20 inch Monster Pizza with pineapples and pepperonis. The pepperonis were well done and the pizza I seasoned. I couldn’t wait until we got to the house. ? Man that was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while.

Since the last time we ordered from this location almost 2 months ago.
