I had the most wonderful experience this morning at your Hyattsville location with your employee, Marina!! As she was hamding me my beverage, she noticed that it may not have included any lemonade, which i asked for. She had me taste ot to confirm & then proceeded to fix it & add lemondade to it. She then noticed that the tropical guava flavoring wasn't added either & proceeded to remake my entire drink over again!! I was blown away by her ability & willingness...

Just watched some incredibly rude guy yelling at the staff here for things out of their control (they were out of a certain type of bagel and it was crazy busy). They were kind and courteous and handled the situation well while helping everyone waiting. The entire staff handled themselves well and I am sorry yall have to put up with people being rude for no reason.
