“I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!“

“Dave's is my new favorite fried chicken in the area! They have a great range of spice levels, and the Reaper level is no joke - I tried it and couldn't get more than a couple bites in 🥵 personally, I love the smaller menu because everything on it is great! They only do a few things but do them very well, which seems ideal to me. A word of warning, their rewards/app system is not very good and I had trouble both redeeming rewards and getting points for purchases - worth double checking when you order in person or just order via the app. Their customer service is good though, the staff is friendly and accommodating.“

“Had a good experience at Peri Peri. I got the Peri Chicken Wrap. It was tasty. Some of the chicken was a little chewy but all in all it had good flavor and for the most part the chicken was tender. I got the mango and lime with the hot sauce. It was really tasty. I also got the Peri fries. They were really good as well. The white sauce they gave is really good with the fries. I am not sure if that sauce was intended to eat with the wraps or not. The wraps were messy but that is when food tastes the best. I will definitely be returning to try other items.

The service was also really good. The cashier took her time with us and was very patient as my family decided what they wanted to order. They also got a delivery during our visit and the manager/owner (guessing) offered him a free water/drink. I thought that was really nice.“

“My husband and myself stopped in last night, 6/6/2024 after stopping at the dispensary because the smell coming from crimson coward smelt absolutely amazing and delicious. We both got the crimson sandwich and I got the mac and cheese as well and omg it was all absolutely mouthwatering and delicious! We got our daughter a kids meal to bring home to her since she was at her friends and she even loved it, even the crimson sauce which we didn't think she'd like. We will definitely be back! Told my husband next time I'm getting the burrito and im gonna add the mac and cheese to it and roll it back up to eat cause I guarantee it would be beyond amazing!“

“This has been my go-to Chick-fil-A ever since I moved to the area about five years ago. Not only is it the closest location, but in my long life (and my way too many Chick-fil-A visits 😅), this one is hands down the best.

The food quality and preparation are always top-tier, but it is really the staff that sets this place apart. They are always smiling. Always kind. And yes, I know that is typical for Chick-fil-A, but something about this location just feels different. It is better. It feels more intentional. They know and recognize the community here which is something you don’t typically get in franchise spaces. It’s just truly special.

In a time when the world just feels and looks so bad - it’s nice to have a spot that is simply - good. Thank you to the staff here for all you do and please know how much my puppy loves y’all too!

“We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.“

“Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.

Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).

Well I'm a believer. After waiting until the crowd circling the entire building calmed down after the grand opening, I tried these chicken strips. Unbelievable! Every single time I've been there the chicken is juicy. The breading is crispy but not too heavy but not too light, and they make their sauce EVERY DAY 🤯

“I wasn’t even the customer, but I had to leave a review because Christy F.’s customer service was THAT good. I overheard her helping my brother in law over the phone, and she was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional the entire time. You could hear how much she genuinely cared about making sure the customer was taken care of. That level of service is rare these days, and it really stood out to me. Slim Chickens is lucky to have her she made a great impression without even serving me directly! Now I’m coming to this location just for Christy F.!“

“I used to go to Cluck-U when I was on the road for work. A co-worker introduced me to it in 2010, and over the next 5 years I would periodically stop and grab lunch whenever I was in the area of one. There was a location in Annapolis, and one I think in Edgwater at a BP gas station. But both those places have been closed for a long time. The other place that I would go was this location, in Odenton, across from Forte Meade. So recently I got a craving, and I decided to make the trip. Now I've probably only been to Cluck-U maybe 15-20 times. It's probably been 10 years since I've been there. And I always get the same thing: the boneless buffalo wings (which are really just chicken tenders with sauce) and an order of honey bees. And let me tell you, they were just as good this time as the last time that I had them. I just really like the way that they prepare the chicken, the size of the chicken, how long they cook the chicken, the flavor of the sauce (I prefer the mild barbeque), and the quantity of the sauce that they give you. I'm somewhat of a chicken/wing/bbq critic, and these pass the test. I just can't get enough of them. And the honey bees were just as good and fresh as I remember them. The food was an A+.

Now the ambience of the store isn't going to win any awards. It is what it is. It looks just like it did the last time I was there a decade ago, except the corny Cluck-U artwork that's on the walls has faded due to time. And frankly the overall smell of the store isn't the best. And the TV wasn't even on. And nobody was inside eating. But I didn't go there to eat inside, or watch TV, or smells the smells. I went there to get the chicken that I remember being so good, and it was still good, and I'm glad that I went.“

“Service was fine and food was reliably good. It came to the table quickly, although sans the peach milkshake, which made it's way over after a few minutes. There were a lot of places for pick up but I couldn't find any parking directly related to the restaurant. Every spot around it was a pick up spot, so I did as some others did, and parked in the lot for the grocery store and walked through the line of cars at the drive up windows. I find the restaurant good for kids although I question no parking to eat in. The young lady who served us was very nice and the main store had clean tables and stocked the condiments well.“

“I don't understand why some locations have packets of regular mustard and some don't...this one doesn't. I know a lot of people who use regular mustard on chicken sandwiches. I was very disappointed I don't like a dry sandwich 😕“

“Columbia Mall food court restaurant. Freshly made fried chicken that is tasty, crunchy, flavorfully seasoned. The perfect mix. Homemade quality. Flavorful chicken meals. They have nuggets, sandwiches- spicy or regular. Plenty of sides to go around. Such as Flavorful rice and tasty crunchy coleslaw.“

He asked me if I was ready for the holiday as my food was quickly being prepared and told me to stay safe amd warm. It's these little kind words that make you feel valued as a customer.

BTW - Am I the only one that thinks Popeyes is the stingiest with condiments though, not just this location, in general, can we get another drop of ketchup and an extra pack of sauce without a special request? If I get three packets of ketchup for an order of fries, they all three go to waste, but hey if I get five packets, I use four and only waste one. Just saying, I’d rather have none or 5, three feels pitiful. Like I want to donate an extra 5 cents so they can afford to offer that extra pack without going out of business. Or maybe we should save them up and have like a special visit where you use all six packets, you know like on your birthday or something. “The best! The Mamacita's in the back cook the best food. Everytime I'm in the store, it's always so clean! Plus they don't allow people to just hang out in the store. Plus I never have to wait long for my food and the portions are great. My go to stop when I want good food but don't want to spend a lot. I recommend either the cheese burger or cheese fish on a bun with western fries!“

“I had an experience at this location drive thru I’ll never forget, all because of this girl at the window. That day I had just lost my job and didn’t have money for food. When my rewards wouldn’t work, I felt embarrassed and ready to drive off, but she didn’t even hesitate to pay for my entire meal
Her kindness was out of this world. She made me feel seen and cared for at one of my lowest points, the world truly needs more people like her. “The first time getting chicken from the Shell.The mashed and gravy was outstanding, the Red beans and rice was very good, the mac-n-cheese was great, the potato wedges were huge and very tasty, and the Chicken was Very Delicious and way better than KFC, Wing Stop and Buffalo Wings. “My order was made fresh because it was a pretty big one. Everything was flavorful. I tried the chicken tenders, regular chicken, fried shrimp, Mac and cheese, honey butter and blueberry biscuit. I would recommend the tenders with blueberry biscuits. The only negative thing was the biscuits were very dry but I’ll chalk that up to getting food later in the day.“
