Location off Baltimore Washington near Taco Bell and Royal Farms. Often missing things. Wrong cups available. Once manager was reluctant to fix a mistake and told me this time she'll fix it. I simply asked for my sandwich to be cut in half so that I may share it with my son. I was not returning home to have access to a butter knife.
I have never in my life had more issues out of a Dunkin doughnuts. Every time I come here it's something. I have to repeat my order 7 different times at the drive thru because for some reason even speaking clearly I'm not understood. I thought I would be smart today and order on the mobile app. So I walk to the restaurant to pick up my order I'm standing there for 20 minutes no one acknowledges me. Drive thru at 5:50am was uncrowded. The opposite of chick-fil-A at dinner lolI was on my 30 min lunch break. I stilll had time to go to rofo and get soda and $50 in gas. Plus get to the job eat my sandwhich and write this review with 2 mins to spare. Thanks dd for doing right.
