They have an awesome staff. My only complaint is on their brewed coffee. Everytime I order a blonde roast or any other hot brewed coffee it’s like warm or even cold. I ordered a blonde roast and added sweet cream and the drink was almost cold. They did fix it for me and said it was because of the cream but the refill they kindly gave me with no cream was still lukewarm.
Great food and great coffee.
Very rude staff. I watched them go through about 25 customers in a row from all walks of life. For about 80% of the customers there was no welcoming "hi, can I help you," nor anything welcoming/professional. Their attitude is "what do you want" like you're bothering them or something - to even the youngest most innocent behaving of our enlisted personnel. Starbucks on Joint Base Andrews offers a satisfying coffee experience, with a welcoming team and delicious menu options. The drinks, including the new pistachio cold brew and refreshing frozen strawberry lemonade, are consistently praised. While the service can occasionally be a bit off, the staff, like the experienced barista DeWayne, are generally helpful and kind, providing great recommendations. The locations can get quite busy, especially in the mornings and at lunch, but overall, customers have a pleasant experience.
