Staff is incredibly friendly and inside and out there are great places to sit. Visit them on a very very very hot day and you'll feel like your in heaven.“

“I just discovered South Block because I work nearby, and honestly… I can’t believe it took me this long. It’s quickly become my absolute favorite place to go. Everything tastes so fresh, clean, and genuinely nourishing—you can tell they care about what they’re serving.

Their smoothies are a lifesaver, especially during my first trimester. Light, refreshing, and packed with goodness—they’re exactly what I need when I want something healthy but still delicious. It’s one of the few places where “healthy” doesn’t feel like a compromise at all.

And beyond the food, the people make it even better. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile. The staff are consistently kind, welcoming, and just radiate good energy—it really sets the tone for your whole day.

this is for the regional manager/corporate/IT: please fix the app ordering - more customizable options (no/optional toppings like fruit) and also the point system doesn’t even work (applicable point options not showing up, also a bowl credit being $15 in fine print but $12.99 in store???). “The acai bowls here are sooo tasty and fresh! Way better value and quality than playa or other chain ones I’ve been to, plus the granola is nut-free (you also have the choice of gluten-free). “Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate. Thank you Sprouts for providing great service and food options to the community! You will see me again soon! Gluten free, Dairy free, or Flexitarian, check them out!“

“An amazing Playa Bowls location that is worth a stop if you’re in Arlington. I have enjoyed this chain in various states, but this one is not too busy and very efficient in making what ever you order. I had the Protein Power bowl and the tidal wave smoothie. Both were absolutely delicious, and I was able to make vegan thanks to vegan protein powder being an option!

The space is quite large considering the location, one benefit that can be overlooked when frequenting this chain in other cities, as they have to accommodate to fit in certain cities. Overall I will be returning to this location whenever I am in town!“

“I come to this place mainly as a quick stop because the food is relatively healthy. However, to be honest, the taste is just average—not really that good. The portion size is also a bit small for the price. The photo I’m attaching makes it look like a generous portion, but in reality it’s served on a smaller plate, which makes it seem like more than it actually is.

I’ve tried other locations from the same chain where the food tastes fresher and much better. At this location, it was just okay. I usually only come here if it’s necessary, since it’s not something I really crave. The service, though, is good.“

“This has by far been my best experience with food in my week here. I created my own. It was argula/wild rice, spicy broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, parmesean, sesame noodles, fresh squeezed lime juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and their Miso Salmon! Fresh, delicious, and affordable. The portions are huge! It will easily be three meals! And with the grains and green type is it possible. The selection is amazing! You need a code for the bathroom but the staff notices when you walk there and come back, didn't even need to ask for it!“

“I haven’t had sweet green in over a year, but I remember shoorami being my favorite bowl and I’m not even vegan. I went in to get one. I noticed the worker didn’t put basil in the bowl, which I really love, so I had to remind her. Then after I ordered and sat down to eat, I asked for a cup of water and they didn’t have any cups for water. I had to buy a drink so the whole lunch turned out to be almost $20 which is a little steep for a casual lunch. The bar stools are a little strange as they make you way too tall and you have to hunch forward, and I am not tall.

However the food was decently good. 4 stars.“
