“This is a cozy spot with about 10 tables, so it feels intimate and welcoming. Even though it's small, the service is absolutely excellent; the staff is attentive and friendly. The food is delicious, and the bowl portions are very generous and satisfying. The prices are also very fair. I noticed that many customers choose to order for takeout, which seems to be a very popular option. What I loved most was the outstanding service from the staff. Highly recommended!”

“I went thru the drive thru and this time they were pretty timely and only took 2min to address me which is great as my past experiences they take 5min sometimes. I asked for the Meal of Misfortune the new Wednesday Netflix special meal. She gave me the total I paid at the window she asked me to pull up to the cross walk I waited all of what felt like 1min she brought the food out bing bam thank you ma'am. She was very pleasant without putting on a show. Food was hot and drink looked great. Kudos to my local Wendy's 👏🏾”

Despite that, the staff welcomed us warmly and still decided to serve us without hesitation. They made everything fresh, and the service was excellent from start to finish. “This place was recommended and I am so glad we tried it. Healthy food. So many options. I ordered the Jerk Mango Salad. I didn’t change a thing and wouldn’t. Perfect kick without being too spicy. Mango salsa was the best I’ve had. We also ordered the BBQ bowl. I wouldn’t change a thing in it. Try the Red Rice. It’s really good. Staff was quick, explained the menu and ordering process and also offered a taste of you weren’t sure you’d like something. 10/10. I’ll be back again.”

“At first we were a little surprised to be eating in a Days Inn -- and Al-Madani is unassuming atmospherically. However, the food was flavorful and delicious (aloo palak, lamb tikka kabobs, garlic naan), and the staff were wonderfully kind and caring. I feel like this is a hidden gem and hope many more people find them and that they get lots of business!”

We got there on a Saturday morning and ran into a pretty decent line, but the staff were super friendly and it moved along quickly. “This is hands down the best cafe in the DC area. They take coffee making down to a science and do it with attitude. The ambiance is great.

It’s a big bike (bicycle) hang out spot over the weekends, lots of folks riding on the Rhode Island Ave Trolley trail divert here.

Their food options are very light but they do have decent pastries and bagels with cream cheese.

But all that other stuff aside, if you are a coffee enthusiast, you MUST check this place out. It raises the standard for coffee in the greater dc area.”

“Go To Burgers has been on my list to try for a while, and we finally got the chance to yesterday.

Burgers were delicious. Everything was freshly made and came out nice and hot. The fries were good (and I don’t like crinkle cut fries most of the time). The lamb burger was really tasty and I recommend trying it if you’ve never had one.

The owner was also incredibly nice. I highly recommend checking out Go To Burgers.”
