“I decided to stop by this location for their new $6 box. This box had pretty good value. I was able to get two sides, a biscuit, a chicken breastfeeding, and two small wings. I got the spicy option, and it also came with a drink.
The food was relatively fresh, and the value was definitely worth the price. When I need a quick meal that will fill me up, I'll most likely consider returning to this location.“
“Came in to quickly grab dinner on the way home. The dining area was completely empty, but drive-thru was about 4-5 cars deep. I stand at the register and am ignored by 2 front-end team members for 3-5 minutes. One even intentionally avoided eye contact with me.
Then a guy from the kitchen came up fron to grab something, saw me, and immediately stopped what he was doing to take my order.
When the person who I guess was supposed to be taking orders got back, I had a really odd interaction. She asked me if my order got taken and I sad yes, the guy in the apron got it. Then she kind of interrogated me? Double checking what I ordered and trying to get me drinks after I confirmed that he already got them for me. Did she not trust that he new how to take an order and pour soda?
Anyway, really weird customer service experience overall, but saved by the guy from the kitchen. 10/31/25 at around 4:40 if ya'll want to review for any extra training.“
