Didn’t answer the phone at all tonight. 20 minute hold. Here’s why I won’t just pull up and order. Last time I went in to order, the young lady was struggling with the system. She didn’t actually send the order, so were sitting outside 20 minutes only to find out OOPS. Here’s why I wont order online. The time before that the “wings” weren’t sauced well at all. Sitting watching them handle food with no gloves and I asked the young lady at the front (glasses and braids) if they wear gloves she says no. Absolutely disgusting. And then had the nerve to be rude about it! Im so appalled at the level of service. Fast food or not certain standards should be upheld, especially food safety ones.
