“Another wonderful experience in take out at HK3.
Everything in our order ($170) was deliciously perfect and hot.
Special requests were accepted and honored.
This is our go-to restaurant for Chinese food.
Sweet & Sour items had sauce on the side so the breading stayed crisp & so much sauce I have an entire container for cooking.
Egg Foo Young - light & fluffy with gravy on the side.
Egg & Spring Rolls - perfect.
Double Pork, Moo Shu Pork, Fried Scallops - best we have had in Maryland since 2007.
Dumplings are filled and perfectly steamed & fried with what seems like Spicy Shanghai sauce.
House Special Chow Fun - Noodles & content were delicious (although we have never had this dish).
Egg drop Soup with & without won ton was perfect.
House & Fried Rice are good, not quite as much meat/veggies as other restaurants nearby. If you are just ordering combo/house fried rice, you might be disappointed.

“Quick, fast, sincere service. It's located near Weis, connected to a Sunoco gas station and a barber shop.They take credit / debit with a $10 or more purchase only. I never have cash, so I had to add to my order.Also no tables to sit at, none at all.
Parking: Sunoco, Chinese food, and a barber shop share the parking.“

“Always a positive experience at Panda Express. The food is delicious and there are vegetarian friendly options, the Beyond orange chicken, mixed greens, and rangoons are where it's at. Whoever was working December 19th around 11:30 a.m. at the drive-thru window is a ray of sunshine. He is always giving positive energy. Victoria is a great manager as well, always thinking about others and the planet. Thank you Panda Express
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options, I love that their rangoon does not have crab in it and the Beyond orange chicken is great
