Papa Johns Pizza has a new manager who is very helpful and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The staff is efficient, with orders filled quickly and delivered promptly. However, some customers find it frustrating that phone orders go through a call center, limiting special requests for pizzas. Overall, the restaurant is clean, nice, and offers good service, making it a pleasant place to dine in or order from.
