“This was one of the worst service that we have had from Ruby Tuesdays. We come here a lot. I am not sure if Stacia is new or not but. We got our drinks and sat for 20 min until she came to take our order. We waited so long to get drink Refills that I had to ask another waiter to help. Then the appetizer came and to no surprise it was wrong. So here we are waiting for our appetizer and our food comes out completely wrong. My steak is cooked wrong. There’s no ribs on the plate and she took out forks so only one of us can eat so now how long do we have to wait to get another fork?About 10 minutes!!!! Asked for steak sauce, three times!!!! I am livid!! I am not one to complain. Hopefully she is new and can improve but for now she gets one star. The restaurant, however I still give five stars because the manager did make everything right and didn’t charge us for the meal. Shannon is awesome and we will still be returning.“

“Costiera is small, inviting, and absolutely worth a visit. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out as impeccable. The staff was attentive without ever hovering, quick with suggestions, and made us feel genuinely taken care of.

When we walked in, there were two tables available right away, but they asked if we’d mind waiting just a minute so they could seat us at a much better window table. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way these days, and we really appreciated it. Our server checked in often, was kind, and gave fantastic recommendations that made us feel like we ordered the very best of the menu.

The food was excellent across the board. The pasta was perfectly cooked and tasted even better than it looked. The octopus was a standout dish—tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Everything we tried was balanced, well-executed, and memorable.

All in all, we had a flawless experience here. Costiera delivers on service, food, and atmosphere. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for something a little different done really well.“

“Food has always been delicious however… …the last beef bao sandwich was disappointing because I had to search for the meat through the vegetation. “Stumbled across this place while visiting the area for work. It was very good! Think Chipotle of stir fry. I had the vegan bowl with sweet soy. It was easy to order on the kiosk. The staff was very friendly as well. We told them it was our first time, so they let us try some of the sauces before ordering. We came back for lunch before our flight. I highly recommend!“
