“I had a wonderful experience at Porky’s BBQ. My wife and I were hosting our family for a Memorial weekend gathering and we did not want to cook, so we called Porky's. The ribs were tender and juicy, the pulled pork was flavorful and moist, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure my catering order was right-sized, and hot when it was picked up. The portions were generous and the sauces were delicious. I highly recommend Porky’s BBQ for anyone looking for authentic North Carolina BBQ in Southern Maryland, and beyond!“

“I was there yesterday with my bestie after seeing her latest exhibit; just two older women who create. Lo a behold we found Nirvana. Perfect salads (amazingly fresh)., the best crab dip ever, with both baguette and sliced cukes to accommodate by wheat allergic friend. all followed by a terrific cappuccino and exquisite cheese cake. Such a cosy cafe atmosphere - the kind of place where you feel instantly at home yet with a dash of euro sophistication. Our server was totally, utterly lovely; friendly not overbearing, and super professional. In short - my new happy place!“

“Great Frogs is a delightful place to relax with a glass of wine and people watch. It’s only 10 minutes from Eastport. There are several unique indoor and outdoor seating options for all party sizes. While they sell snacks, I recommend bringing your own. I’ve been here several times and the staff has always been nice. My only critiques is that they have a food truck that I’ve never seen open, and the tobacco barn tasting room can get warm in the summer. A great place to listen to local musicians.“

“A Friday early evening crowded bar quickly distracted us from the overwhelming burnt smell of fresh bread when entering. The young gentlemen quick to welcome us and make us comfortable set the stage for an even more enjoyable customer experience. The wine was list long with variety accesible even for the most novice of the group (me), the ambiance bright, the lights — theatrical. The menu, pleasantly, resists the trend of overwhelming contents. The food was good with plenty of flavors and leaving me curious to return.

“The food and service were excellent. The inside of the restaurant is a bit dated and dark, but we sat in the outdoor area, and it was perfect. This place was very busy for a Tuesday afternoon, and our waitress was amazing! We never had to wait for anything! Everything we had was delicious - blackened scallops, steamed shrimp, hush puppies, and even the salad. It's definitely a good place to go either by boat or by land on a beautiful day.“

Coats at this location, $6 for an adult small (2 scoops) or $5.50 for a kid’s single (1 scoop), then thing increase in both dimensions.My new favorite after tonight is the “Southern Banana Puddin” - tastes like the real eat down to the bits of Nilla Wafers!
