First time at Mom’s Bakeshop today 11/28 at around 11. Sandwich guy was an absolute joy to interact with and helped me figure out what I wanted, shepherded me to the right sandwich in fact— went w the fakin bacon and my god that is some good fake bacon. Like he said, it had a great mix of flavors that aren’t overwhelmed by the bread (which is solidly great sourdough), felt like I could enjoy each individual component. My favorite is the tempeh sandwich veganized.
Great little vegan sandwich shop inside Mom's Market. Been to two locations, and both were yummy. Haven't tried the soups, but have enjoyed both sandwiches I've had. The mushroom cheesesteak and tofu bahn mi were both yummy. Would recommend! My hubby would take a pass on ordering anything with the tempeh bacon. Wasn't horrible, but not at all what you would expect something trying to be passed off as bacon to taste like. Looking forward to trying more of their menu.
