“I've been frequenting Silt since moving to my new office in May. The food is an absolute HIT and it's the same quality every single time. I no longer drink coffee often but the couple times it was so silky smooth and flavorful. I typically get a large cup of their infused water. Also their desserts so so good!!! So many wholesome options that not only taste good but are good for you.”

“Outstanding lunch of authentic Bavarian specialties- our group had schnitzel, sauerbraten, wurst, and strudel, Bavarian cake and mocha cake for dessert. Our server, Anna, was attentive, kind, and incredibly professional. The restaurant is charming and comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“First time trying this place. Inside was immaculate, very clean and organized. The pastry case was well stocked and the items were perfectly displayed. Items are uniform, hand pies are golden brown and flaky, cookies are large and look moist. Everything is highly attractive and their display is on point. We didn't try anything edible but we got coffees. I had Keon's latte which is White Chocolate Macadamia nut and its delicious. Nutty, not overly sweet, smooth. Can't wait to come back and try more. “Cow's Cones is the best ice cream shop around! It has a great location being in the country with a wooded setting along National Pike (US-40 Alt), very close to Greenbrier State Park. They have the smoothest, and creamiest ice cream that melts in your mouth. They fill your cone and cup up to the top, and don't skimp on the ice cream servings. The staff is super friendly, and it's an all around fun, clean, and happy atmosphere. Cow's Cones has several outdoor games to play including everyone's favorite game, cornhole. I believe this is the only local ice cream shop that has flavor burst ice cream. My favorite flavor is cotton candy flavor burst. If you haven't ever tried flavor burst ice cream, you need to very soon. It is phenomenal! Cow's Cones is pet friendly, and they even serve pup cups for your faithful companion to enjoy too. Lots of ice cream creations to try. Everything they sell is at a decent price. I highly recommend Cow's Cones to everyone wanting to have a pleasant evening while enjoying ice cream in a relaxing country setting.”

“Riks is a total star. When you're standing in front of the restaurant you're in a parking lot of a an old shopping center. Once inside you're in a contemporary bar and restaurant. I believe that much of the work in creating the space was performed by the then staff, many of whom worked together with owners at a prior restaurant. The food is wonderful, creative, fresh and satisfying. My favorites include a smoked salmon salmon carpoccio (sorry about the spelling). A great selection of salads with the ability to. add to them crab cake chicken etc. The sandwiches range from a Reuben to a grilled mahi mahi .My favorite when I want a substantial dinner is their short ribs and mashed potatoes. Writing this review has just made me hungry. Guess where I'm going for an early dinner. Prices are VERY reasonable”

“My husband and I have been dining at Little Alex’s for around 5 years now but today I felt compelled to make a review! The food is ALWAYS delicious & it’s the only local pizza that gets close to pizza from my home town. In addition I want to comment on how CLEAN their restaurant is & what got me today is that this is the first time I’ve used their restroom in-house and it was SOOOO CLEAN. That speaks volumes to me. The floor, the walls, the toilet, the sink - spotless. It didn’t have any spell to it and it is clear that they take great pride in their space. Thank you, Little Alex’s for a great dinner and a clean restaurant to visit! Shout out to you guys!”

For some reason, my debit card kept declining, and I couldn’t find my back up cash/card because I was mortified and panicked in the moment (and just having a really emotionally rough morning to boot…and it was only 7:30 am). I apologized, and they treated me with such kindness and patience. They were willing to work with me, but I managed to find my card and pay for the drink. I just wanted to really say how kind they were to me, and how it just really set the tone for my day. The drink was everything I needed, and quality is always consistent here. So to the person running the drive thru window this morning, thank you for your kindness. You had no idea how awful my day was going and no reason to be so patient with me, but you chose to do so, and it just really mattered. ❤️”

“I had Mimi’s for the first time last night and everything was fresh and delicious! I had a burrito bowl with Al Pastor and the meat was so tender and flavorful! We also tried a shrimp pupusa; the cabbage and the tomato sauce add a nice touch of acidic brightness to what might be a rather plain but good pupusa. I honestly can’t stop thinking about that burrito bowl and how fresh everything was. 10/10 wonderful food!”

“Amazing place for that occasional Mexican style food craving. Food is flavorful and something even for the more picky eaters like myself. Rice and refried beans are really good. They make their own chips in house each day and their cheese dip sold separately is very addictive. Price is mid level. Not cheap but not too expensive as you do get quality and nice portion size in what you pay for. Service has always been friendly, and the food is always ready when expected. Absolutely miss their homemade chocolate cake and I hope they find an even better replacement ❤️.”
