She then poked out at the food recieve door and told me why she gets it that way. I love the cheery and helpful attitude and I recommend this location. Food was great too as usual!“

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! “Very good. Had a bunch of kids with me and the playground kept them busy and that was good. The staff and manager on site at the time I went in didn't yell*** or scream, so it was overall good at this time and day(it was a night but on a weekend), so it was fine overall. Good job cashier and manager on site.“

“This is hands-down one of my favorite go to places to eat. The portions are always amazing and the food is on point! 💖I usually get the chicken with green beans, or fries ,and I’ve also gotten the steak, when they sold out of chicken. Neither of them ever disappoint!! The food is super consistent and well seasoned. The sauces are both delicious, the green is especially tasty.The service always great, as well. I’m shocked at some of these bad reviews, as someone who has been ordering here several times a week for the past few years. “I love ordering the chicken when I want a healthier version of fried chicken, and it’s always delicious. However, I wish they offered a chicken-only option, as the sides are so large that I end up wasting them.
I tried the beef once, but it came with way more potatoes than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. From now on, I think I’ll just stick to the chicken from here.“

“You can almost never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The only problem with the one in eastpointe is there is nowhere to park or wait for your food or sit in a long line when it's long at the drive-thru they need to move that one to a bigger better location“

“I love the kale salad. However, I received a tasty rip-off at this location for $5.51. The container is less than half full for KALE!? I guess I was expecting at least one bunch of kale for almost $6. Organic grocery stores sell a bunch for about $3. A learning lesson?

“this Chick-fil-A is amazing! New employee mixed up our order. And the manager came and gave us the right order. And then she said we could go get ice free ice cream and let our kids make their own ice cream. And then gave us extra food and toys! This made our day!“

“They are the BEST!! YAK, is the $Hi!!!! They have the best Yak a mein, Egg Foo yung, shrimp and Broccoli/String beans, Orange chicken!! Never had anything bad here!! The shrimp are always BIG as (fill in blank)!! Owners are personal & friendly. Best to call order in , the lines be long!!! Food so good, I know the number by heart!!!“
