“It is my favorite place, except in some Chick-fil-A's in the area. I have to come home and fill the salad plate with my own to have a complete salad or else not enough. You only get 3/4 of a salad. Salads are to wet, sometimes not so fresh. But enough to decrease my trips to this fast food restaurant. My disappointment is just the with the salads because that is the only thing I buy and the kids meal for my daughter. The employees and the service is excellent.“

“​I finally had the chance to check out Urban Hot Chicken, and it definitely lived up to the expectations. If you are looking for a spot that nails both the food and the service, this is it.
​The Service:
Right off the bat, I have to give a shout-out to the staff. The cashier was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a huge difference. They were patient while I looked over the menu and made the whole experience feel personal.
​The Food (Medium Heat):
I went with the Medium spice level, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. It had a nice, steady heat that built up as I ate but wasn't so overwhelming that I couldn't taste the quality of the chicken.
​The Sandwich: The chicken breast was massive—perfectly breaded and stayed crunchy even with the toppings. The combination of the cool slaw, pickles, and their signature sauce on that toasted bun was very tasty and hit all the right notes.
​The Fries: You can tell they don't skimp on the seasoning here. The fries were golden, crispy, and had a great savory flavor that paired perfectly with the sandwich.
​Overall:
Everything from the presentation (the branding on the box is a nice touch) to the last bite was 10/10. Between the great service and the quality of the food, I’ll definitely be making this a regular stop“

“This is hands-down one of my favorite go to places to eat. The portions are always amazing and the food is on point! 💖I usually get the chicken with green beans, or fries ,and I’ve also gotten the steak, when they sold out of chicken. Neither of them ever disappoint!! The food is super consistent and well seasoned. The sauces are both delicious, the green is especially tasty.The service always great, as well. I’m shocked at some of these bad reviews, as someone who has been ordering here several times a week for the past few years. I hope they never go out of business because they will always have mine!!! 🙌💖💖💖“

I honestly don’t even know where to start because this place completely blew me away. You can instantly tell there’s a whole new energy since the new owners took over. Everything from the food to the vibe to the service feels refreshed, upgraded, and done with real passion.

First off, the menu is INSANE in the best way possible. You can tell the new owners came in and said, “Let’s really do this right.” The flavors are bold, fresh, and straight-up addictive. The sliders are absolutely unreal perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. And don’t even get me started on the beef burger chopped cheese… WOW. It’s hands down one of the best I’ve had. Cooked perfectly, loaded with flavor, and made exactly how a chopped cheese should b comfort food at its finest.

Everything tasted fresh, hot, and made with care. Not rushed. Not sloppy. Just quality food done right.

Now let’s talk about the service because that’s just as important. Sam, the new manager, is AWESOME. Super welcoming, respectful, and genuinely cares about customers. You can tell he takes pride in the place and wants everyone to leave happy. That kind of leadership really shows, and it makes the whole experience even better.

The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe overall. You feel good supporting a place that actually cares about what they’re serving and the people they’re serving it to.

If you’re thinking about trying this spot DO IT. If you’ve been here before under the old ownership, come back ASAP because this is a whole different level now. New ownership, crazy good new menu items, better quality, better service. everything is upgraded.

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! “I’ve been to this Pollo Campero location multiple times and have always had a good experience. On my most recent visit, I ordered the 2-piece meal with yuca fries. The food was fresh and made to order, which I could tell because it took a few minutes to come out. We dined in, and the staff brought the food directly to our table. The chicken was hot and fresh, the yuca fries were great, and the staff was friendly throughout the visit. Overall, it’s a reliable spot that I keep coming back to, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good meal.“

“They are the BEST!! YAK, is the $Hi!!!! They have the best Yak a mein, Egg Foo yung, shrimp and Broccoli/String beans, Orange chicken!! Never had anything bad here!! “Fast food is not what it used to be( Little Tavern from years ago come to mind). Chick- fil- A is the King of the mountain in reference to quality of food, service & how they train their young associates. The essence of this keeps regulars returning time after time. It makes me feel good when the young associate looks me in the eye, smiles & later tells me it was their pleasure to serve me. It means a lot to go to a counter & not just get stared at like you the customer shld just start talking without being addressed. I appreciate CFA's service principle.“
