The food is good, but the staff doesn't speak English very well, so expect to have trouble getting your order correct. For example, I ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae, but what I received was chocolate sundae... no brownie. Another time I ordered a banana sundae and got the biggest eye roll from the clerk that made it.

Ordered a cake on Monday 2/6 to be ready Friday 2/10 at 2pm. Show up and they try to give me the wrong cake and then tell me I never ordered one even though they already took my money. And then I had to drive back home after 3 hours of my pick up time to be given the wrong cake yet again. I will never order a cake from here again

Terrible. Gave me cookie dough instead of butter pecan then argued with the me that that's the way their butter pecan is. Apparently butter pecan no longer has pecans and replaced them with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough ?

Horrible experience, the white guy that serve my ice creams had a ugly attitude he forgot to gave me one ice cream in a waffle cone and got super angry once I told him he forgot one of my ice creams and gave me a miserable scoop in the cone.Really disappointed for the customer service he gave us, because we pay for the ice creams we did not ask for free ice cream.

I have tried to order cakes in advance twice at this store. Both times I have shown up for the pickup and they don’t have any recollection of/lost my order. While this is frustrating enough, what really irks me is the attitude I have received from their staff and management about it. They have zero customer service skills and are completely inept. I’ll never do business at this store again.

This Baskin-Robbins has a drive through which is open now during the stay at home period for coronavirus. But they have been out of many flavors the past month, I have even asked when they are getting in more of their non-dairy soy based flavors and they said a shipment was coming one week, but it never did so I being on a low fat diet could not get anything- they were even out of their fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt a few times. They are also very inefficient, often a severe language barrier is an issue in placing orders, and they had to painstakingly locate and open a new box of spoons one time while we waited. And the servings vary substantially- my last visit I received a microscopically small scoop in a cup while paying $3.19 for it. One would think that the few places that are open would be trying to keep the business they are getting, but here it doesn't seem that way. Find a better place to get your ice cream!
