The food is constantly burnt. Getting decaf is risky because it is either burnt to the point of being inedible or, they make it full caffeine. They often get my order wrong, so often that I always check every item. I actively loath this Dunkin. I'd stop going if I didn't live so close to it and my wife didn't still like it.

My bagel was hard as a rock, completely inedible. Customer service refused to refund the cost. Kinda crazy.

They are WAY understaff they barley speak English then they have a promotion going for a 6 dollar meal so I asked if I paid extra could I get the coffee frozen. Her response was NO and walked away from me. Will NEVER go back to those ignorant people would rather give my money to wawa

Only really go here on days when I need a quick sugar fast nearby. Unfortunately lately the quality of the establishment and service went down. But the straw that broke the camel's back was getting a broken questionably bitten donut in my drive through bag. What someone gotta do to just get the product for the money and that's that? I usually don't mind the environment or service if the product is solid. But this is Dunkin donuts and they couldn't even get that to me in one piece.

Four out of the last five orders missing multiple items. That's a horrible ratio. Check your orders before leaving! Also watch out when exiting the drive through, the sidewalk exits directly to the drivethrough exit with zero visibility for drivers or pedestrians.

The Dunkin/baskin robins has really gone down hill the last 5? Months?? Roughly they never can seem to get my orders right and most times when I order my coffee (whatever kind I get that day… hot, iced or frozen) it isn’t the correct size and/or it’s made wrong!!! 😑 they really need to get it together again…. Not sure what the issue seems to be.!
