Best twist donuts in middletown and I worked for a bakery.
The whole store needs to be redone. I have no good comments about this store at all. Check out the Olney store to see what a good Safeway should look like.
I ordered a chicken tender combo. I get home and I have 2 small tenders, barely a half scoop of macaroni as one of my sides, and 5 very small potato wedges. the meal was big enough for a 7yr old. Wasn't happy to say the least.
Safeway Middletown I was been there on Friday May 18th, 2018 at Town Center Plaza in Middletown, MD.
I was Been there on Friday May 18th, 2018 at Safeway Middletown but My Transfer Job is Safeway Middletown begins Monday May 28th, 2018 is on US Alt. Rt. 40 E. Main Street.
Last summer they had so many bugs flying around in the case, my husband talked to a manager and they blew him off, like there was nothing they could do.
The quality of food is terrible. Always get home and realize half the items I bought are expired
This evening a friend of mine, was shopping at this store and locked her purse, phone and groceries into her running car. Three employees, Jayson, Kevin and Jacob worked tirelessly to try to open her car, and then to locate my phone number and allowed her to call me. They were kind, professional and courteous to her in this very distressing situation. I wanted to thank them publicly, and hope that the store will recognize their fine customer service. Well done!
The bakery is terrible. I went in and ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for my daughters birthday party at school. Came back 2 days later only to find out they just never made them. I got stuck buying yellow and green ones from the shelf. Not the freshly made ones with purple icing that I ordered. I also had to pay for them. The management team did nothing to make it right. Maybe the 80 year old woman in the bakery should think about retirement. She clearly can not keep up with demand.
