“At first we were a little surprised to be eating in a Days Inn -- and Al-Madani is unassuming atmospherically. However, the food was flavorful and delicious (aloo palak, lamb tikka kabobs, garlic naan), and the staff were wonderfully kind and caring. I feel like this is a hidden gem and hope many more people find them and that they get lots of business!“

We got there on a Saturday morning and ran into a pretty decent line, but the staff were super friendly and it moved along quickly. “This was the Shrimp and crab cake benedict over cheesy grits. The shrimp were plump, the crab cakes were packed with crab meat. Everything about this dish was 😘🤌🏾. Also, they serve fresh squeezed OJ which I appreciate.

This place gets busy. Although my party didn't have to wait to be seated around 11 am, as we were leaving around Noon, we noticed quite a few people waiting to be seated.“

“Kristen was an awesome waitress!!!! She kept a table of five full on soda the food came out super fast. She makes going to the restaurant so awesome. The food was fresh and really good.
The entire staff was really great , the only issue is Brooke the servers assistant was really childish and walking past our table and was being rude giving the evil eye to the table .“

“Yesterday was my first time there, myself and a party of five. One member of our party arrived and had the table reserve the wait was 30 minutes, took that long for the rest of us to arrive; when we did we were seated rather fast. The crab bomb stole the show, best any of us ever had. Second runner up the crab soup also the baked potatoe was well portioned and was not dried out. The haddock was fried to perfection, and the cake dessert oh my, I ordered dessert to go, When I later dugged into the lemon pound cake each morsel was delicious, as if it was home made. Over all an excellent dining experience, a little pricey but was worth every single dime, we will return.“

“Pho VN One in Laurel is hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants around. The pho is incredibly flavorful rich broth, tender meat, and perfectly cooked noodles every single time. Their portions are generous, and everything tastes so fresh.
The staff is always welcoming and attentive, and the service is quick even when they’re busy. I also love their spring rolls and iced coffee they’re the perfect combo!

“When I forget to bring lunch to work, District Taco is usually the first place that pops into mind. I always get their bowl with black beans with the cabbage topping. What really makes their bowl special is that I can add potatoes! It is a little addition that makes the meal really hardy and keeps me full until dinner. Like many places, you order on a screen, and they will call out when your food is ready.“

“After moving from Florida I have been tirelessly searching for a good taco place in Maryland. I was so happy to find Tacos A La Madre! When you go inside it is very under decorated, but clean and they have a good sense of branding with their black and yellow color scheme. The tacos are amazing, flavorful, and consistent every time I go. The ingredients taste fresh. If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the shrimp tacos and the birria tacos! 🌮 This is our new go-to taco place. You have to go- you won’t be disappointed.“

“This is a true neighborhood spot. It's situated on a corner lot all by itself but could easily be missed. Instantly welcomed in and directed to take a seat of our choice. They're hiring kitchen staff but I think they'd benefit from extra wait staff. That aside I love the taste of their pho broth. They are super generous with their meats, noodles, onions, and sprouts (I prefer mine steamed). Both our orders had a generous amount of parsley sprinkled on top. Different from previous pho spits but wecomed and enjoyed. The menu is pleasantly simple. I couldn't finish my small pho bowl which says just how generous their portions are. They offer more condiments than any other pho restaurant I've ever experienced, including liquid seasoning. I can't wait to get another craving so I can go back.“

Despite that, the staff welcomed us warmly and still decided to serve us without hesitation. They made everything fresh, and the service was excellent from start to finish. “The whole setting is a Vibe!!!The lighting and the mood is very comfortable. Servers are super friendly ,courteous and attentive.They recommended some things off the menu that were very tasty. The drinks are not water down and very ,very good.Happy Hour is Fire and they have them at different times. The food is well prepared to perfection I had a meduim rare steak and it was outstanding. The Maryland Crab soup is top notch!!!The grilled Asparagus was nicely done.The fried rice was very good.The presentation of the whole meal was exceptional!!😋 I had a to go bag...And even thd bag and containers were nicely done!! “This was my and my fiancé's first time dining at this restaurant a few nights ago. We made a table reservation via OpenTable for 7:00pm, arrived at 6:50pm, and we were seated right away. From previous reviews I heard I was a good idea to make reservations, so that seems to be accurate from our experience because it was definitely a full house. The food is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it because it was delicious. I enjoyed my appetizer of Fiesta Egg rolls which were definitely cheesy, hot, and full of shredded chicken and lots of flavor. For entrees I got the Prime Rib (medium) which was cooked perfectly with some redskin mashed potatoes 😋 my fiancé got the Eastern Shore style crab cakes which were broiled and very tasty; came with coleslaw and show string french fries. My fiancé enjoyed all of his meal, with the exception of the coleslaw which he did not partake in due to health reasons. I also tried to Elite Margarita which was pretty good but a tad strong on the tequila for my liking, but the lime slice helped to take down some of the bitter alcohol taste for me 🙂👍🏾 The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxing, classy, and dimly lit which we loved because it had a romantic vibe to it. Our server, Olivia, was very friendly and welcoming and was on point making sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be returning again to this location.“

Very impressive ?she said she's a school teacher and is used to memorizing so many names and faces. I forgot her name but she's a very nice person! We came in for our wedding anniversary last evening. Caroline I believe het name was took cgood care of us. She was very sweet, professional and attentive! The food was excellent. My husband had the salmon BLT which he enjoyed and I had the Bistro Steak Frites and it was perfect and delicious just as it was the last time! The gentleman who was assisting the staff ( either owner or mgr) very kindly came and replaced my dish with the correct one. Someone else had ordered it but to a different doneness. The entire staff was warm and friendly, from the servers to the mgr, owner, and hostesses. We will definitely be back and want to bring our friends whom we told about your restaurant.
