Horrible customer service! Took my 4yo and 2 yo to get icecream, which should be fun. While kids were picking flavors, I asked about the clown cone (on BR website) and showed a picture to see how I could order them. The lady asked "where is that". I replied "your BR website". She told me they can't do those there. ok, no problem. Then she told me "can you hurry up?" with our order... it was REALLY RUDE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
