This was the cutest little hideaway! Nestled in the woods , we were able to get snowballs big enough to share and the kids were able to run all over the place. They played different games in different areas while running back to take a bite of snowball. So peaceful and the owners were very welcoming . My son didn’t even want to leave. We will be back soon! Thank you guys so much!

The property features a small lake, patio area, and activities like badminton, swings, and cornhole. Visitors can enjoy 20 flavors of snow cones and relax in the peaceful surroundings. The snow cones are made with care and burst with flavor, and the place is known for its friendly pricing and generous portions. Families can bring their kids to run around, play, and explore the extensive amenities, including trails leading to a cave and a treehouse. The stand provides thoughtful touches like insulated cups and boxes to prevent melting, ensuring snowballs stay perfect during the trip. There is also a pavilion, volleyball net, wiffle ball area, frisbee golf, water balloon launchers, and more, making it more than just a spot for a treat. The pond and trails add a touch of adventure, making visits memorable for all ages. The hospitality of the owners was incredible. They are temporarily closed until Spring of 2026.
