I don’t know where to start, but from the get go I should’ve kept driving when I saw the location, as soon as I got to the drive thru it looked soooo outdated and when I was getting my order taken the speaker volume was VERY LOW and I was talking as loud as I could but the lady could barely hear me. Overall, this place was not great. First sign was there was literally no one else there around DINNERTIME. We initially went to one side and there was a piece of paper that said “Go to the other door” and when we went in they said they were drive thru only (after calling a girl multiple times for her attention). I've been coming to this Bojangles for years and have never had any issues. But this past Monday, the employees were uncomfortable because the AC WAS BROKEN and it was almost 90 degrees. I think it absolutely ridiculous that they had to work in that type of environment. The store should have closed until it was fixed, especially on an ORANGE AIR QUALITY DAY! DO BETTER WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES!
