THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED!!!!! The sketchy parking lot, sketchy clientele, and general bad conditions of the area, along with the area’s culture, finally brought it down. Sorry to lose access to the food, but PG County simply doesn’t deserve such a fine establishment.

This place should be shut down. Entrance door is locked and says go around to other door. This is an egress safety violation. The front cashier stations don't work so they take your order from drive thru. Employees walking around with Crocs on very slowly so they don't slip. The place looks run down and there supplies are low (no ketchup). Stay away!

Walked in, went to wash my hands. Bathroom had 2 paper towel dispensers. One was empty and the other one was was dead. Then the hand dryer was also not working. I walk out. The restaurant looks abandoned. And out of 4 napkin dispensers in the place, all were empty. We weren’t asked to order or anything despite having waited for a bit, but we just left since there were flies everywhere in the restaurant.

I was wondering why this place was empty! At time of arrival. This young people should learned costumer service, chicken was burnt not a great taste. Also please at least check your bathroom to see if they are clean for your costumers! At last please hire people with more experience.

This Bojangles is the worst Bojangles I've ever been to.I grew up in NC and have never been to a Bojangles that was this bad.It is EXTREMELY Short staffedI went here in the morning on Sunday September 17thThey messed up my order and it was maybe 30 minutes before they corrected my order at least.They don't have any napkins, no Ice.The inside of the restaurant looks a bit dirty.I didn't see a Health Inspector Inspection sheet so who knows whether this restaurant is upholding health standards. They have a printout of a picture of a certification but it's not a Health Inspector certification.I would highly advise against going to this Bojangles. It's run poorly.

This Bojangles location is hot garbage (9/14/23). I pulled up to the drive thru, waiting a solid 5 mins for someone to take my order. I eventually gave up and drove up to the second window to see what was going on. The employee seemed to already know that the speaker wasn't working and said he would take my order there, but there was no indication/signage that stated that. My gut told me to drive away, but I continued to order. Lo and behold, they ran out of icing for the Bo' berry biscuits. I also ordered a three piece tender meal with Mac and cheese and dirty rice on the side. The drink was a Diet Pepsi. I thought I received everything after I drove away, but upon further inspection, I realized the employee forgot to give me my sides... . I drove back and eventually got the sides. The dirty rice was half burnt and the Mac tasted like Stouffers. Also, the Diet Pepsi tasted really flat, almost as if they haven't cleaned out the fountain machine in ages. Stay away.

No one purposely answered drive thru even tho I could see the guy at the window.Went in, it was a joke 4 bored uninterested teenagers working didn’t even acknowledge me to busy on their phones and proceed to tell me they don’t have any food
No napkins, not much chicken but legs and thighs, that was overcooked. Fries had no seasonings. Cashier not knowledgeable of any questions asked. It was unclean. Hardly no service. Will not revisit.

I absolutely love bojangles. This particular location, New Carrollton, is the absolute worst. Customer service is less than satisfactory. The past 4x's I have visited this location, they always got my order wrong. I get home, and none of my food is right. They forgot my ham biscuit, my fries weren't hot, the wait time was almost 25 minutes each time. This location needs help, bad. I am very disappointed. I have just wasted money.

I am a huge fan of Bojangles. I grew up eating it constantly in NC and make a point to load up on at least 10 sandwiches to freeze and take home to the West Coast every time I’m on the east coast near one.I went out of my way in DC today to load up and let me tell you. Worst location I have every been to. They were completely out of eggs at 10:30am. And the sign looked like it had been there a while. Completely out of all sauces. No hot sauce packets either. My wife went inside to get some water for formula for our baby and was shocked to see the entire cup, napkin, etc, area was completely out of stock and filthy.I still love Bojangles but will go out of my way to avoid this one in the future.

The place was run down and filthy, only had 3 ppl working. The chicken was dry and looked like it had been sitting all day. Only sides the had was dirty rice mash and gravy and coleslaw. When asked if I could get fresh chicken. Was told they were all out and only had spicy left. Was refused a refund. Was showed a sign that said no refunds after 7 pm owners orders. Will not be back again.
