This place used to be great, with amazing food.Unfortunately, last time I went in they were rude and gave me old sour cream in my burrito, so I could not eat it. Also, I noticed that they did not change gloves when going from a surface to food handling.

Went for lunch today 3/6/24 around 1:30pm and I had the most horrible food and service at this location. The chicken was dry and had very little taste. It was cold and wasn’t fresh at all!!! I was also told that I could get any fries as one of my with my side and was never offered any Yuca fries until we paid extra for yuca fries after the fact. The yuca fries were not fried properly and we threw most of it out!!!!Horrible food and horrible service. I wouldn’t advise anyone to waste their money for horrible food and service at King Pollo restaurant and bar!!!

Came to pick up an order, no wet floor signs!!!! I fell and had a nasty fall. All they did was ask if I was ok, doesn't even proceed to mop the area or place a sign after the fall

Beware of this place! King Pollo in New Carrollton gives customers weeks old meat. The government should shut this place down. Disgusting. I just got my food and it's spoiled meat. I am filing a food safety report with Consumer Affairs in Maryland.

Worst type of customer service you will ever find, I came in waited 15 minutes to see anyone show up even after I called out to see if there was someone working, when 2 workers finally came out they completely ignored me. There are many times I've come here before but the workers are always rude and unhelpful, the food is amazing but the service is terrible. I hope they get this fixed.

Tasteless Peruvian chicken ever. The chicken was half cook like sushi, the rice was burnt and beans tasted old like warmed up several times. Authorities need to inspect this establishment. No thank

Called in an order for pick up and gave name of person picking up order. When he arrives to pick up order he is demanded he speak english and that the order he was picking up was not his. I don’t know what restaurant this person thinks he is working in but the name of the restaurant is in English and Spanish. Blatant display of ignorance, unprofessionalism, racism and good indication of mental illness. My spouse left without the food. This type of behavior should not be tolerated.

I’ve Heard Good Things About this place , however I only went in to get some sauces & was willing to pay for them ( like most places ) then the guy just gave them to me for free! The yellow sauce is fire btw! .. I’ll deff support off that now .
