Went for lunch today 3/6/24 around 1:30pm and I had the most horrible food and service at this location. The chicken was dry and had very little taste. It was cold and wasn’t fresh at all!!! I was also told that I could get any fries as one of my with my side and was never offered any Yuca fries until we paid extra for yuca fries after the fact. Came to pick up an order, no wet floor signs!!!! I fell and had a nasty fall. All they did was ask if I was ok, doesn't even proceed to mop the area or place a sign after the fall

This place used to be great, with amazing food.Unfortunately, last time I went in they were rude and gave me old sour cream in my burrito, so I could not eat it. Also, I noticed that they did not change gloves when going from a surface to food handling.
