The service, however, was a bit too present for my taste. I usually appreciate when waitstaff are attentive in a quiet, seamless way, keeping things moving without interrupting the flow of the meal. Here, the style was much more talkative and hands-on, with frequent interruptions and moments where we were asked to pass plates or help clear the table.
