“I think I died and went to heaven lol. I was at a neighborhood outdoor festival and ordered from their food truck there. I expected it to be half the amount of food I received and delightfully surprised at the amount of food I got for $11! I can see why they have 100% positive ratings. Quality and quantity at the same time is rare! I ate the tofu nuggets with the peanut sauce and my pallet hasn’t experienced that type of satisfaction in decades lol! 🤩😋 Delicious!!!“

“My wife and I have been fans of Fuji for many years for the exceptional sushi. We normally order carry out. Occasionally we dine in. Last yr we had a server who was very impressive. Not only with my wife and I but also the patrons around us. Especially the children.
We dined in tonight. We didnt recognize our server by her appearance. We recognized her by her mannerisms and personality. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and makes excellent recommendations. She is engaging, fun, and has a personality that absolutely shines. Katie, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and dinner tonight. Yes the food was great as always. But it was Katie that made our dining experience beyond fun and enjoyable. Im not sure how Katie could do a better job. The large tip Katie recieved was not only earned but it was well deserved. Our hats are off to Katie! She excels at her server position.

“The poke tacos were very delicious. My son and I had the shrimp taco and the tuna taco. We got the taro milk tea and the lychee green tea. Everything was completed fast. The green tea was just a tad too sweet for me next time I'll ask for less sweet and it will be perfect.“

“The food is very good here and especially the drinks. They are all homemade which honestly surprises me from a mainly takeout place. The service is also really nice; the person at the front is very attentive and friendly. I would definitely come here again and this being a small family restaurant, I fully support it! 10/10.“
