Let a lady walk right in front of me while I was waiting on my. She wanted to exchange something on her order, she went right ahead and fixed her order handed to her. I was there first and I had finished my ordering on a keypad first.
Modern set-up in lobby, spacious. I purchase Frappes, not food. Frappe was good! Some McDonald's seem to water it down, making it weak and tasteless.
The McDonald's on Honey Go Blvd across from White Marsh Mall is fantastic.
The service is always top notch, very friendly, consistent and fast. If you dine in, the staff brings your food to your table. I have never had a bad experience. I wish the staff and service was the same at the McDonald's near my home. The food is always fresh and hot. The restaurant very clean.
