Joe was the BEST bartender/server at the outdoor bar area. He was fast, attentive, and an overall great person. Any establishment would be honored to have Joe be a member of their team. We are grateful for the opportunity to meet Joe and to have have him serve us. We can’t wait to visit him again!!!

I'm absolutely obsessed with the jungle bar. The crab mountain is to die for. The owners are fabulous warm and friendly. I highly recommend this little gem in Ocean City Maryland

The Jungle Bar & Restaurant offers an enjoyable dining experience with above-average food and frequently above-average live music. The outside bar, located where the live music takes place, provides a lively atmosphere, tended by a friendly group of bartenders. However, it can get quite chilly and windy in the afternoon and evening. The reasonable prices and beautiful ocean view make it an attractive beach destination.
The restaurant is known for its fabulous food, including the best crab mountain and perfectly cooked filet or lobster. The crab cakes are consistently delicious, even compared to those from Maryland. The service is friendly and great, but reservations for the inside restaurant are a must. Despite the relaxed, beach setting, the atmosphere is always classy.
Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar will be closing at the end of the 2024 season, as the lease will not be renewed after 21 years of operation and thousands of satisfied customers.
