“Delicious Breakfast and Wonderful Hospitality! My family and I were in Ocean City helping a relative move back to Wisconsin, and we stayed at the beautiful Hyatt Oceanview Resort. My daughter and I decided to try a breakfast spot on the Ocean City Boardwalk and found Crepe Daddy — and we’re so glad we did! The food and service were both amazing, but what really made the experience special was meeting Ben, the owner. His kindness, genuine personality, and personal touch made us feel so welcome. “Rise Up is an antidote to the corporate BS that plagues Ocean City. The location is a pain to get to, especially if you're going east on 50, and the parking lot is not at all sufficient for the high volume of peak hours. The coffee is good - miles better than Starbucks - the staff is friendly, and they will grind their coffee for you free of charge, which is nice. That said, as Rise Up has grown over the years, it's lost some of its charm and local vibe. It also gets so mobbed on weekends and late mornings (9-11) that I'd rather not drink coffee than wait up to 30 min for a drink. But if it's a Tuesday afternoon and I'm headed back from Assateague and in need of a coffee, I'll stop every time.“

“We happened upon this place while checking out reviews of breakfast spots. We've been by there numerous times during the OC cruises, but never tried it. We really enjoyed our breakfast there Sunday morning! I had the "goin' bananas french toast" (really good, and lots of it) and my wife had the "avocado toast", which she loved. Met the owner and had a nice chat. Good food and made fresh. Will definitely return next cruise we attend. Highly recommend.“

“We wanted a local cool coffee shop, and this was it. At first, we were confused thinking the coffee shop was permanently closed, and the surf shop was open instead. We wanted to leave, but I saw people coming out with cups and food and decided to go to check the store. To our a surprise, we discovered this cute coffee shop on the other half of the surf store.We took lattes and sandwiches ( avocado sandwiche and grilled cheese sandwich).Everything tasted good. Prices are reasonable.The sitting area is not big, and the limited place to sit, but it was nicely decorated. There was a TV with a sports channel on. “I think this is the best Dunkin' in the entire area. The food, drinks, and service are top notch. We go there all the time (almost daily). For breakfast I enjoy the sausage and egg croissant, or the breakfast wraps. The drinks are great, and the doughnuts are tasty. I enjoy the French Cruller the best. They usually are pretty busy, but the line moves fast. You can also earn points and get things for free.“

“It is the cutest storybook A-frame cottage that houses the Dunkin’ Donuts on 67th Street. Parking & easy access out front at the Town Center. Absolutely spot-on service! “It's another Dunkin' Donuts. You get the deal.It's smaller than some, so they didn't have as extensive a selection as you might see at a bigger store.There isn't any inside seating, so you have to sit outside. There are some tables not too far away. But on a hot day, you don't want to get anything with chocolate on top.

Kid-friendliness: You probably don't want to bring your kid there when it's hot outside. As mentioned above, there isn't any indoor seating, your kid might order something with chocolate on top, and that's going to turn into a royal mess real quick.

Parking: There's not a lot of parking there, especially since there are a few other attractions there.“

Biggest issue was food prep person (who looked to be the manager/supervisor) was not making food FIFO. Several orders placed after ours were fulfilled first. While there is some multi-tasking possible while bagels toast and such, it shouldn’t be that noticeable a delay. Order status board like the one pictured would be a relative cheap tech upgrade. More shade outside and misting machine would help families to wait outside instead of everybody crammed into the small lobby.“

“It's the only place open at 6 AM. So I stop here while my wife continues her walk along coastal highway. It's a typical DD, so you will get whatever you get at home. The lobby is small and it's roped off to keep everyone social distanced. There are no outdoor sitting area, so plan to take whatever you buy with you. There's also no drive thru since it's in the middle section of a strip mall. I go here regularly and have never ran into an issue.“
