“It's another Dunkin' Donuts. You get the deal.It's smaller than some, so they didn't have as extensive a selection as you might see at a bigger store.There isn't any inside seating, so you have to sit outside. There are some tables not too far away. But on a hot day, you don't want to get anything with chocolate on top.

Kid-friendliness: You probably don't want to bring your kid there when it's hot outside. As mentioned above, there isn't any indoor seating, your kid might order something with chocolate on top, and that's going to turn into a royal mess real quick.

Parking: There's not a lot of parking there, especially since there are a few other attractions there.“

The food and service were both amazing, but what really made the experience special was meeting Ben, the owner. His kindness, genuine personality, and personal touch made us feel so welcome. “Claire and Hannah, baristas, are AWESOME!! We were in town and had breakfast for four mornings here!! We asked Claire if we could take Rise Up Coffee home with us. She gave such a beautiful smile. This is a busy shop which serves great breakfast and super coffee. If you enjoy vanilla yogurt, we suggest the Banana Splat Bowl. And if you like skillet potatoes, give them a try. YUM!!! “I think this is the best Dunkin' in the entire area. The food, drinks, and service are top notch. We go there all the time (almost daily). For breakfast I enjoy the sausage and egg croissant, or the breakfast wraps. The drinks are great, and the doughnuts are tasty. I enjoy the French Cruller the best. They usually are pretty busy, but the line moves fast. You can also earn points and get things for free.“

Biggest issue was food prep person (who looked to be the manager/supervisor) was not making food FIFO. Several orders placed after ours were fulfilled first. While there is some multi-tasking possible while bagels toast and such, it shouldn’t be that noticeable a delay. Order status board like the one pictured would be a relative cheap tech upgrade. More shade outside and misting machine would help families to wait outside instead of everybody crammed into the small lobby.“

“We just had coffee, so can't vouch for the food. Smallish place. Service can be slow as there is only one person taking orders, both from drive thru and inside. But they have kiosks to place an order which is more effective. Coffee and Latte were pretty good, and at the right temperature.“

“We happened upon this place while checking out reviews of breakfast spots. We've been by there numerous times during the OC cruises, but never tried it. We really enjoyed our breakfast there Sunday morning! I had the "goin' bananas french toast" (really good, and lots of it) and my wife had the "avocado toast", which she loved. “It's the only place open at 6 AM. So I stop here while my wife continues her walk along coastal highway. It's a typical DD, so you will get whatever you get at home. The lobby is small and it's roped off to keep everyone social distanced. There are no outdoor sitting area, so plan to take whatever you buy with you. There's also no drive thru since it's in the middle section of a strip mall. I go here regularly and have never ran into an issue.“

“I have been going to Pho-Char for about 2 years on a regular basis. The owners do a phenomenal job staying on top of everything. The place is always clean, organized, and well kept.

The food is amazing. I have yet to have even a mediocre meal here. I typically always get the pho, but the fried rice is excellent, appetizers are great, and everything is always supurb.

Highly recommend this place for pho lovers. I love supporting mom and pop shops and what seems to be a husband and wife are always there working extremely hard.“
