“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. I ordered the chopped pulled pork barbecue sandwich with mac and cheese, and I’m still thinking about it hours later. I’m a native of North Carolina, so I’m no stranger to good barbecue, but this was the best pulled pork I’ve had in decades, and I say that with my full chest. My first time here I brought the chicken wing lunch special and never made it out the parking lot with it. When we have parties instead of cooking chicken most of the time we get up early Saturday morning to come to the market to buy 100 or more piece for the party and we buy some to eat on the way home. We absolutely love the hotpot selections Tpot has, especially great for anyone who is vegetarian or looking for gluten-friendly options (there is a single broth that does not have soy sauce). All the servers are very professional, always friendly, and keep everything moving smoothly from bringing orders to the table and clearing away finished items. We want to give additional praise for Ella and her amazing teammates, who helped us at our most recent visit; they were exceptional! The value for hotpot is phenomenal; typically, we treat it like a 5-course meal. There is a good selection of already prepared appetizers, fresh vegetables, and a combo of sauces from their massive sauce and seasoning station for our salad. The main course is a sizable selection ranging from meats, seafood, and more to mushrooms, tofu, etc. We tend to pace ourselves with the main courses, sampling and finding the best combo ingredients for our individual pots. Also wanted to highlight that the hotpot soup at the end is extremely delicious, with all the best flavors of the food stewed together. They have some wonderful desserts (cakes, multiple ice cream options, delicious light chocolate moose, etc) and fresh sliced fruit options for after the main meal.“

Our waitress did an outstanding job—she kept all of the orders organized and accurate despite the size of our group, checked on us consistently, and made sure refills were provided without us having to ask. The food came out promptly and hot, and everything was exactly as ordered.

Overall, the service was smooth, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Managing a large party isn’t easy, but they handled it seamlessly. We had a great experience!“

Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience.
