“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. Thank you Mission for making our day the best! TL:DR Well organized and professional. We would have them cater events again!“

“Imo Famous Dave's has the best barbecue food! We had the All American Feast with brisket, chicken, ribs, pulled pork, and all that comes with it. Service was great (thanks Joe). Always a pleasure eating there. Sorry, forget to take pictures.“

“This was my first time visiting Tpot and it was mainly due to celebrating a birthday. There are many options to select and a buffet if that is your preference. Ice cream to go among other things like popcorn. It's probably not. A place that I will frequent due to having to cook your own food if not eating from the buffet. Its all about preference but just not for me.“

Otherwise, we would have missed out on experiencing the service that Shaun provided. Even though he serviced several other tables, he still extended the same amount of attention and care to each of us. His level of customer services was more than just “excellent.” It was “superb.” He made us feel like we were valued and he didn’t miss an opportunity to check to see if we had everything we needed and we were enjoying our meal. If I were hiring, Shaun would be my first selection and he would be used as that model employee to train others on what is expected of them as a representative of the company and what we want our customers to experience. I had one thing messed up manager came out and apologized and offered to take it off the bill I said that it was okay and they brought me back out a whole new dish freshly made even what I had already ate!
