“I ordered ahead 10 min. Get to the store and drink is ready but not food. I wait as people arrive place order and get their food first. Makes no sense. What's the point of ordering ahead. Then they get the order wrong when the receipt specified what was ordered.“
“I'm a Dunkin' fan. I love their coffee. The service at this store is good. The turnover is high, but I've never had a bad experience. The staff is polite and friendly. The few times there's been a mistake on my order they've addressed it right away and made good on it.“
