Don’t order from Panera Bread. Their employees are incompetent. The manager, Chris, is rude and condescending, and doesn’t know how to actively listen, he listens to respond. They don’t value their customers enough to make sure their order is cooked and correct. How do you give a customer a burnt bagel? My bagel was hard as a rock with no cream cheese as requested. My smoothie was missing.
