Ginger at the MGM National Harbor offers a great atmosphere with beautiful decorations. The Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Lettuce Wraps were delicious, especially the presentation of the Lettuce Wraps. The Chinese broccoli beef chow fun and Taiwanese three-cup chicken were excellent choices. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly waiters like Dallas. However, the seafood chow fun dish was disappointing due to the small portion of seafood. While the prices may be higher compared to other Chinese restaurants, the overall experience of good food and service makes Ginger worth a visit for a lovely dining experience.
